Pricing

Our pricing is based on the size and complexity of your project. For most projects, we provide a fixed price after discussing your requirements and estimating the time needed to complete the work.

Here's an overview of our project minimums:

Due to the high-quality and tailored nature of our work, as well as the time required to complete and plan projects, we do not offer refunds.

We do our best to avoid these situations. Throughout our development process we continuously engage with you to ensure what we're building meets your requirements.

Custom software development projects typically take 1-3 months to complete, with more complex projects requiring additional time.

Website builds or redesigns are usually finished within 1-2 months, though smaller websites can sometimes be completed in as little as 2 weeks.

Consultative work (everything else we do) varies greatly based on the complexity of your project.

Our development process is designed to ensure your project is completed efficiently and meets your exact needs.

We start with a consultation to understand your goals and requirements, followed by detailed project planning and design. Once the plan is approved, we move into development, testing, and final delivery.

Yes, we offer ongoing support and maintenance to keep the products we build for you running smoothly. Our plans are tailored to the complexity of your project, starting at $100 per month.

Our ongoing maintenance contract covers package (dependency) updates, bug fixes, and performance monitoring.

New feature requests, design changes, and other new work are not included in ongoing support and maintenance. If you need these additional services, we're happy to provide them as part of a separate contract.
